EEOC Issues Guidance on Visually Impaired Applicants/Employees

As baby boomers age during the next 30 years, the number of adults with vision impairment is expected to double.  The EEOC recently issued guidance to assist you in complying with the American Disabilities Act’s (ADA) requirements for blind and visually impaired employees and applicants.  The guidance, in question and answer format, is available on the EEOC’s website, www.eeoc.gov.
